These Terms of Service govern access to and use of LSK, a Discord application providing moderation, security, server-management, ticketing, automation and user-installed utility features.
1. Acceptance
By installing or using LSK, you agree to these Terms and to comply with Discord's applicable Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Developer Platform rules. If you do not agree, do not use LSK.
2. Eligibility and Authority
You must be permitted to use Discord under Discord's own requirements. If you install LSK into a server, you represent that you have the authority or permissions required to do so.
3. Service Availability
LSK is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may be modified, suspended or discontinued, and maintenance or outages may occur.
4. Responsible Use
You may not use LSK to violate applicable law, Discord rules, the rights of others, or to abuse, exploit, disrupt, reverse-engineer, attack or circumvent the service or its safeguards.
5. Administrator Responsibility
Server administrators are responsible for configuring LSK appropriately, assigning suitable Discord permissions, deciding which supported moderation or logging features to enable, and informing their community where required.
6. User Content and Discord Data
LSK may process Discord data and user-provided content only as described in the Privacy Policy. Users remain responsible for content they submit or choose to process through LSK.
7. Third-Party Services
Some LSK features may rely on Discord or other external providers. Their availability and policies are outside LSK's control, and use of those services may be subject to their own terms.
8. Abuse Prevention and Access Restrictions
LSK may restrict or terminate access for users or servers that abuse the service, attempt to compromise its security, create material risk, or violate these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LSK is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Server administrators remain responsible for reviewing significant moderation and configuration actions.
10. Changes
These Terms may be updated as LSK evolves. The date above will be updated when material changes are made. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
